How do credits work?
Credits are used to generate AI content. Each scene generation costs 2 credits, caption generation costs 1 credit, and personality generation costs 5 credits. Credits are included with subscriptions and can also be purchased separately.
What's included in each subscription tier?
Solo: 1 persona, 100 credits/month
Studio: 3 personas, 500 credits/month
Agency: 10 personas, 2000 credits/month
Do credits expire?
No, purchased credits never expire. Subscription credits refresh monthly and unused credits do not roll over.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Who owns the images I generate?
You retain full ownership of all content you create using Fluence. You're free to use generated images for personal or commercial purposes.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app's Settings page. Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
